Jireh at Bendon – Summary

Jireh's staff has been involved from the outset of the JDEdwards implementation at Bendon. Tasks have included the initial JDEdwards software installation and configuration, upgrades, software development and customisation, change management, planning and purchasing of new hardware, and ongoing system administration and support.

Project Highlights:

• Install and configure a multi server JDEdwards OneWorld system including AS400 server, Intel Servers, Citrix Servers and Intel Clients.

• Manage technical and change control for a large and complex JDEdwards implementation.

• Provide on going 24x7 cover for JDEdwards technical infrastructure.

• Plan, purchase and implement a 2nd AS400 enterprise server. Configure system for Disaster Recovery using NoMax AS400 data mirroring software.

• Design and implement sophisticated interfaces to 3rd party Warehouse picking and dispatching systems.

• Design and implement multiple EDI interfaces to 3rd party sales and purchasing channels.
